Today, Robert's son Danny Wegman, and Danny's daughters Colleen and Nicole, lead the company.

Customers can pick-up at a local Wegmans or have their medications delivered utilizing Wegmans Home Delivery. We can conveniently deliver to your home, work, provider's office or to a location within the US and Puerto Rico.

We'll let you know by automated phone call that a prescription is ready for you. A pick-up reminder call will occur if you haven't picked up your prescription within 7 days of it being filled. We will return prescriptions to stock if they are not picked up within 10 days.

As a result of our high quality program and excellent outcomes, in 2024, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) awarded the Wegmans School of Pharmacy another full eight years of accreditation, the maximum number of years a program can receive.

First up, we've got dispensing fees. This is the bread and butter for many pharmacies. When a customer gets a prescription filled, they pay not just for the medication but also a service fee – that's the dispensing fee.

When you order with Well, you won't have to pay any more than the same prescription charge you pay in your local pharmacy. The delivery itself is completely free. If you're exempt from paying for your prescriptions or you have a PPC, you can upload this in our app or on our website.

How to know when a prescription is ready? ›

By phone: Call your pharmacy store to access the self-guided phone prompt for prescription updates. In person: Visit your pharmacy store and speak directly to your pharmacy staff.

The prescription label will tell you how many refills you have left. Most labels show a number of refills with a cutoff date. If you refill your prescription before that date, you should be able to place your order with no problem.

I really like having this app. It's great to be able to build my grocery list and have it sorted by aisle so I can just work my way through the store. There are a few things that I find annoying. The ordering of the grocery list, while mostly intuitive, does have some things in a strange order.

Originally starting as a produce cart, the first store opened in 1917 at 72 West Main St in Rochester, New York. Wegmans is headquartered in the Rochester suburb of Gates.

Nicole Wegman is the daughter of chairman Danny Wegman and sister of president and CEO Colleen Wegman.
