Shipping Info

When will your order ship?

We ship most orders within 1 business day of payment so you receive your magnets as quickly as possible. We know what it's like to order something online and then wait...and wait...and wait for your package to arrive. That is why we do everything possible to ensure that we ship, and you receive, your magnet order in a timely fashion.

Orders placed online by 1:00PM ET, Monday through Friday on business days, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM cutoff time may go out the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping of magnets is different than that of most products. All of our magnets are packaged and shipped in order to comply with United States Department of Transportation, USPS, UPS, and DHL regulations for the shipment of magnetic materials.

The best way to determine your shipping costs is to place the desired products into our online shopping cart. Proceed through the screen where address information is entered. You can review various shipping options and costs before actually placing an order or entering any payment information.

We offer shipping via UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service (USPS). You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout.

US Shipping

UPS

We offer the following shipping services through UPS: UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the level of UPS service selected, and the destination.

If you selected UPS shipping, a shipping notification email, which includes tracking information, will be sent at the end of our shipping day. These emails are sent directly from UPS (Quantum View) and can be caught in your spam filter. You can also track your order here: .

USPS (US Postal Service)

We also ship via the US Postal Service for orders totaling less than $100. Postal shipping cost starts at $5 for USPS First Class Mail or $8.50 USPS Priority Mail, and may increase based on the weight or location of your order.

With USPS shipping, only limited tracking information is provided. Formerly called, "Delivery Confirmation," this tracking info is often less helpful than tracking provided by other shippers. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We find that USPS tracking often contains erroneous scans, indicating that a package was in an odd location that may not be true.
